We're down to the last month of year 2015 which means, Christmas is just around the corner! What I'm sharing to you is the recipe of my mom's carbonara which has been a hit for Christmas party potlucks since 2010. Hope you guys like it, too! Disclaimer: we actually got this recipe from our dearest Sister Lut, my parents' nun friend, who used to cook this for us whenever we visited her. Now that she couldn't cook anymore since she might just tire herself, she passed on this recipe to us.

FLCD Freshies Appreciation Post
As the first semester of this academic year's about to end, I would look to dedicate this post to the FLCD freshies!
First semester was all fun and laughter whenever I spend my time with you guys. Every moment was indeed picture-perfect. With this batch, it was as though I was given 32 more sisters and 2 brothers, and I am beyond thankful for God for you, guys. We were literally all in this together especially that time when we all agreed to wear black on that FLCD exam day because we felt like it was dooms day for us. I am very hopeful that our bond will stay the same in the coming years in our stay in UP.
Here's to more laughter, happiness, birthday parties to throw, random skirt days and kris kringle! (seriously can't wait for out Christmas party)
Love always, Sia

I made two desserts, first was the pizzookie a la mode (cookie pizza with ice cream; on the left side of the picture) and the second was the mocha coffee jelly (on the right side of the picture.) Here is the recipe of the coffee jelly which I got from Yummy.ph, hope you guys can do it too!
09/19/15 Intramural 2015: #DoingGreatAt78
A day back at my alma mater equalled a decade-full of nostalgic memories. For almost 12 years, Holy Spirit Academy of Malolos has been my second home and whenever I get a chance to go back, I never think twice.

Throwback: Baguio, June 2015
Four months of vacation can get really boring, but my unexpected Baguio adventure last June was definitely the icebreaker. It was crazy because my uncle invited my grandparents and I three days before the the actual date of travelling to come with him to the City of Pines because he had to go there for work-related things.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe
What I'll be sharing here is a simple and an easy banana bread recipe which is from my mom's high school best friend. You can make this if family occasions or gatherings require "potluck", you can also give this to others as a gift, or bake it if you're just craving! My mom and I tried it as soon as we held hands on to this recipe and it became an instant hit to the family! It may take a little while before you can eat it but it's definitely worth the try.
