Do-it-Yourself Iron-Press Shirt

Iron-press shirts can amount to not more than 350 pesos in department stores, which is expensive if you have the materials to make it on your own.
First, gather all the materials you need: a plain white shirt, transfer paper, laptop, ink-jet printer, iron and iron board. In your laptop, create the design you want for your shirt. It can be pictures or designs from the internet or designs you make from scratch. Be creative! But remember to revert your images before printing so that they will come our perfect when ironed. Once you're done with the design, print it on a transfer paper. Transfer papers are available at bookstores. Afterwards, place your plain white shirt on the iron board. Put the transfer paper with your design on top of the shirt but facing down. Finally, iron the transfer paper on the shirt, then peel it off once the design has been transferred and let it cool for a few minutes. With your DIY iron-press shirt, you get to save money and be creative. It's a perfect gift for family and friends and if you have time, you can produce a handful of shirts and make it a business.
